I feel I cannot compete with the corporate industry of online deliveries nor do I even try with guarantees of next day delivery etc and therefore sometimes your parcels of goodies may take a little while, but I guarantee you will always receive a lovely parcel of delights...
I usually aim to post your order to you within 10 working days from payment but, if on the odd occasion due to working commitments at various events I am unable to do this, I promise I will always post out as soon as possible.
If for some reason I am unable to do this I will always send an email to advise.

All my products arrive beautifully gift wrapped making your order very individual but always try and use the minimal of packaging to protect our beautiful environment.
All packaging is biodegrable and resourced from a sustainable source.

I am also happy to send your parcel to another recipient if this is at a different address.
I charge £4.95 for a 1st Class Signed For delivery charge within the UK for however many items you purchase.
For all purchases overseas please contact me for individual delivery costs before ordering.
Excellent customer service is a priority and with that in mind I offer a 'no quibble' returns policy on all of my products except Personalised Orders or Commissions.
I try my very best to describe products as accurately and fairly as possible, including their size, colour and description.
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, simply return your item within 10 days of receipt in it's original condition and wrapping.
(Please send an email before returning your item so that I will be aware of it's arrival).
If any items are damaged by post, these must be also returned in their original wrapping.
