'Sweet Bags' - a small sachet cloth bag

containing a fragrant herb or wildflower 

Little scented 'sweet bags' have been popular since Medieval times...

Originating in Italy amongst the high society of the wealthy elite, sweet bags were carried around offering a little scent to them throughout their day...

Each sachet contained a gorgeous mixture of dried flowers mixed with dried roots and herbs to add a special gentle fragrance which could also be added to stored household linens, precious silks and sleep pillows.

I am so delighted to offer my own collection of sweet bags containing  homegrown botanicals from the UK.

My Dried Rose Petals, prized for their beauty and gentle fragrance, are grown by an experienced team of growers in the UK.

They make the perfect addition to creating hanging hearts, pot pourri gifts, wedding favours, natural and biodegradable confetti, sleep pillows and scented drawer liners to name but a few....

Each cello sachet contains approx 20g
